Welcome to Bourgeois’ pools. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our pool services, including maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and installations. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to follow these terms. These terms apply to all customers, whether residential or commercial.

2. Service Agreements

We offer professional pool services, including routine maintenance, deep cleaning, equipment repairs, and robotic cleaner servicing. Service plans may be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or on-demand basis.

• All services must be scheduled in advance.

• Pricing is based on the type of service and pool size.

• Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, emergency repairs, or special requests.

• Service agreements can be customized based on customer needs.

3. Payment Terms

To keep services running smoothly, we have clear payment policies:

• Payments are due at the time of service or on a pre-arranged billing schedule.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and online payments.

• Late payments may result in a $25 late fee or 1.5% interest per month on outstanding balances.

• Any returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.

• Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Customer and Company Responsibilities

We take pride in delivering excellent pool services, but there are responsibilities on both sides:

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear access to the pool and equipment.

• Maintain proper water levels and chemical balance between visits.

• Inform us of any pool issues or needed repairs before service visits.

• Keep pets and children away from the service area during scheduled visits.

Our Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality service using trained and certified technicians.

• Use professional-grade equipment and safe cleaning solutions.

• Communicate any issues found during service visits.

• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

5. Repairs and Additional Services

Not all repairs are included in routine maintenance. If additional repairs or services are needed:

• Small repairs (under $50) may be completed without prior approval.

• Larger repairs will be discussed with the customer before any work is done.

• Emergency services may be available for an additional charge.

• Warranty information will be provided for any parts or repairs completed.

6. Termination and Cancellation

We understand that things change, and you may need to cancel services:

• Regular service plans require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

• If a service is canceled without proper notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, repeated late payments, or safety concerns.

• One-time services can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

7. Liability and Insurance

We do our best to provide safe and effective service, but there are limits to our liability:

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing pool issues, improper pool maintenance, or equipment failures beyond our control.

• We do not cover damage due to weather, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers should have proper homeowner’s insurance for their pool and property.

• If a liability claim arises, our maximum responsibility is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of the state where our business is registered. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled in accordance with state and federal laws.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Customers will be notified of any major changes through email or an announcement on our website. Continuing to use our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
